There are many new online options nowadays which offer number of attractive features from integrating with other softwares, direct bank feed, uploading bills/receipts to using the software from anywhere and sharing with your Accountant.
The interface is very user-friendly and most business in order to keep with the technology are moving to ‘cloud’.
However, the process needs to be planned to disruption to the business to the minimum and setting things up properly so the integrity of data is not lost.
How we work:
- First we will spend time with you to understand the nature of business
- We will also go through your existing accounting software and final year-end Accounts that you submitted to the Companies house.
- We will also help in the decision of choosing the right software for your business
- We will process the accounting data from one system to another
- We will go through payment allocations
- We will reconcile the control accounts e.g. Bank rec, VAT, payroll etc.
- Once the records match and we have confidence in the data you can start using it.
